When we do not act responsibly with our energy….WE LOSE IT. Once our energy levels lower, it affects us in all areas of our lives, From our Mentality, Emotions, and even our Spirituality. Put yourself 1st AT ALL TIMES. You are not able to create space for others effectively if you have not created space yourself, its just not possible. Its not possible to pour from an empty cup into another vessel…-that part. Just picture a cup trying to pour into another….with nothing in it. Its just not possible.

The more you give to yourself the more you are able to give to others. But…sometimes we neglect ourselves….i don't know why we do this to ourselves…but sometimes we do. We think we love ourselves and then we harm ourselves in the form of not giving time to ourselves. Everything goes downhill from there-Simply not giving time to ourselves. Let Brotha Mo tell ya something {PREACHER MODE ACTIVATED lol} Its all up to you Royal one…it's up to you to control and regulate your energy, great one. Your energy levels are key in your overall vibration. The higher your vibration the more Godly things you are able to see, hear, and experience, and it's alllll up to you.
